Having motivation is a BEAUTIFUL thing but...
let me tell you something... MOTIVATION is an EMOTION!!!
Yes, that's right. Its a feeling that comes and go. 

One of the best ways to keep up your motivation is by surrounding yourself with like minded individuals heading towards similar goals as you, creating a vision or goal board, having a coach to remind you of your goals when you are feeling down and reading and/or listening to personal development.

As a coach, I help provide you with daily motivation and inspiration to keep you on your journey and one of the ways I do that is by creating an online community for our challenge. During the 30 day Kick Start Challenge, you will learn how to become motivated and STAY motivated through developing goals, vision boards, and creating habits that will keep you in rhythm.
