Think about this for a second..

A year ago you probably had no idea what you would be doing now. You probably didn't think you would be this busy or have so much on your plate.

But you're doing it.
And maybe there are things you don't get done but you get your priorities done, RIGHT?!

What blows my mind is that (most) people don't consider their health a priority. One way or another, you will have to make time for it ->> that's a given.

Listen, I KNOW how it feels to not know what to do at the gym OR what to eat. GOSH- I didn't even know there was a science behind to eating for your goals! ðŸ˜®
