Busy Life Tip #1

One thing I've learned is that eating clean is essential to reaching your goals. *There are no quick fixes.* You have to eat right and workout in order to lose weight, tone up, and especially put on muscle. Not to mention, it's much easier to maintain for the long term! 

Meal prep and planning can get time consuming but I'd discovered ways to shorten that time AND still feel like you aren't eating the same boring thing everyday!

^^ that's the kind of stuff I share in my health & fitness accountability groups ;) 

One of those was is by adding a dense nutrition shake in place of a meal. It takes 60 seconds to make and it's packed with the nutrition equivalent to 7 salads 😍
