WHATS for LUNCH?!?!


LUNCH TIME!!
-4 egg white omelet with spinach, mushrooms and onions.
-1 piece of whole wheat toast
...
Seriously- this is a TON of food! I love that I get to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours AND have these portions!! WHAT!!! Screw diets! I'm down with this!!
